All submissions to the ICICE 2023 conference must undergo rigorous review by 2-3 organizing committee experts. The final accepted paper will be officially published by the publishing house, and after publication, the publishing house will submit the conference paper collection to Scopus and EI Compendex for retrieval.

The paper should not be less than 6 pages.

1. Author participation: One hired article allows one author to participate for free;

2. Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral presentation, with a duration of 15 minutes;

4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;

5. Audience participation: Attending the meeting without submitting articles, and can also apply for speeches and presentations
